Viking Warming Drawers, available in 30" and 36" widths, have temperature settings from 90 - 250 degrees F. The Low Setting is ideal for plate warming or bread proofing and the High Setting keeps soups and sauces piping hot.The entire drawer is easily removable for cleaning and comes standard with heavy-duty handles and perimeter trim that matches the rest of the Viking Outdoor product line.
