After six years, our Gloster Vigo Chaise Lounger is still looking like new and we love it! The Infinite Tilt Position feature makes this chaise lounger the best we've owned and worth the price.

Just want to say thanks so much for sending the Gloster teak sealer overnight. It arrived around 9:30 A.M. and John is working on the 10 teak pieces as I am writing this. Remember I told you when we talked on Saturday that the color after two coats was darker than the other 3 times I have finished the teak..in 2005, 2007, and 2010...it wasn't golden but more brown/golden. So on Monday, I called Karen in the tech support department at Gloster..and told her the teak was not the same golden color [because I had a piece to compare it to] and she said that although the company that makes it for them has not changed the color...but that it has a dye in it...and it is possible that the sealer I used in 2010 could have somehow been a darker batch.

Karen didn't think I should put on a third coat because she felt it might make the already darker color darker...as a guidance counselor I often go with my gut...and my gut told me to put on that third coat [actually John, who is 27 and strong who works for me ..did all this refinishing for the first time following all of my instructions and of course, I am out there supervising.. over 4 days...I'm too old to do this kind of work now] because I wasn't pleased with the color from the two coats...AND THE GREAT NEWS IS....THAT THE THIRD COAT USING THE SEALER YOU SENT ME OVERNIGHT...TURNED ALL THE PIECES GOLDEN AGAIN...I don't know why that happened...but it did. WOW...I AM THRILLED!!! I know this was an annoying situation for...and I want to thank you for being so gracious and such a professional about all this and for getting the sealer to me today so that John could finish this project today...I love daylight saving time. I love your website.

My wife and I moved to Atlanta from Florida where patio furniture is everywhere!! Not so much in Atlanta in September. Then we stumbled into Authenteak and met the owner, Eric. We were not disappointed in what we found. Great service and assistance in selecting or furniture. We did not even shop around we were so happy we made a purchase that same day. We did have to order the pieces but the shipping date was just as agreed. Then when dealing with Cindy, she was able to set the delivery around my schedule. It was great!! We have a small patio in our Townhouse and it is now full, but should we have a need for additional pieces we will be back to Authenteak.

I was referred to authenteak by someone in my office who had been very pleased with their own experience. I was preparing to complete a renovation and had been looking for a place with a wide range of styles and options. Authenteak turns out to be like the disney world of high end outdoor living. I have been to many places, but this store was clearly in a league of it's own. Amazing products from furniture of course, to outdoor kitchen appliances, some of the nicest fire pits I've seen, and a whole range of accessories. Top it off with what appears to be a truly owner operated business that really knows their product and what it means to provide excellent service. With their help I put together one amazing space and unlike many other things I ordered for this project, it all came on time and as promised. I love this place and will be back!!

I've been going in here for the past two years as I seem to be taking my time with my purchase. I've looked at products at a lot of places and keep coming back here. I'm hoping my set goes on sale this Christmas so I can have for next year. Staff knows me well by now and has been very helpful.

I recently stopped in to Authenteak looking for some outdoor furniture for my outdoor patio. I live in a condominium complex, so I wasn't sure what would fit out there, if anything. The sales associates were very helpful in spending time to educate me on the products I thought I was interested in, as well as pointing out some that I hadn't considered. I was very surprised to learn that they could accommodate my small space as well as being able to add more to my collection after I outgrew my place. Thanks again to a helpful and educated staff in supporting me!

I was told to shop Authenteak so I did. I was overwhelmed by the selection at first but one of the sales people named Cindy educated me on all the brands they carried and helped direct us to what we were looking for including a grill. some of the items we bought were in stock and some we ordered. we were able to almost complete our outdoor living space on our first trip in but we will be back again and again. I went back again to complete our outdoor living space. Cindy was still there and remembered us. We decided to add some additional furniture, a rug, and a TV.

Beautiful showroom with a wide, wide variety of outdoor furniture and everything you need to go with it. You can create wonderful, and complete, living spaces outdoors. The two teak benches I bought are very high quality, and well-built. I also liked the ease of the website for my "research". Lots of choices, and had just what I was looking for.

I am so happy I took the time to drive from Alpharetta into Midtown to Authenteak. It was only a 20 minute drive and well worth it! I was blown away by their showroom, like a kid in a candy store. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about their business which made me very comfortable with my decision. And their designer on staff was great with coordinating fabrics. A great one stop shop for my outdoor patio!

Anyone looking for outdoor furniture has got to check this place out. It's HUGE and has an enormous selection of gorgeous outdoor furniture and anything you would need for a deck or patio. I was looking for a set of Adirondack chairs and couldn't believe how much outdoor furniture they have even accessories like rugs, umbrellas and outdoor TVs. Highly recommend stopping by this place if you're looking for any outdoor furniture, etc.

My husband and I have been in the process of creating an outdoor oasis for several months now. After much window shopping and online research we struck gold with Authenteak! They are conveniently located in Midtown in a beautifully refurbished warehouse space on Huff Rd near Lewis and Sharon textiles. We were in awe from the minute we walked in the door. The selection available for viewing was inspiring...with everything from exceptional teak and outdoor wicker, to unique cast aluminum groupings. We knew this was anything but your average outdoor furnishings store. The service we received was outstanding...very educational and helpful, without the typical pretentiousness you might expect! Buying furniture of this caliber can very overwhelming, and it was refreshing, especially in today's marketplace, to find someone to help guide us through to our final selections with such sincerity. We chose teak furniture from Gloster's Verona line and we can't help but smile every time we look out the window at our new oasis!

Every Spring, we go thru the same hassle, how to get our patio and decks in order for the new season. Going down the ever popular Huff Rd., we came across AuthenTeak. And yes, many of the outdoor livable furniture is made of teak,and many items are made of other durable woods. We found a great dining table made of traverntine marble, and paired it with aluminum chairs. We love having an outdoor dining room, and we pulled together a lounging and living area also. Finding a sectional seating made from durable woods, and colorful cushions, was perfect. We added a couple of rockers from the Dorchester Collection, and created a little paradise for the whole family. Love this place!
