RETURN POLICY
All sales are final unless otherwise discussed at time of purchase. When appropriate you may be given authorization for returning a product.
We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and may also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your shipment, please contact AuthenTEAK at 866.350.8325 immediately. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and AuthenTEAK may reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
All returned product must be in its original condition and packaging to avoid additional charges. It is the owner’s responsibility to properly repackage and secure the merchandise to ensure safe return. All returns should be sent to Authenteak, LLC. 1094 Huff Rd., Atlanta, GA 30318. If the item was purchased with free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted along with any re-stocking fee, and any return shipping cost (unless the return is due to damage or defect). Please be aware that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the order is refused on delivery, it will fall under the above stated return policy where roundtrip shipping charges will be deducted along with any applicable re-stocking fees. Under no circumstances can we take back any items that have been assembled or modified.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are custom-made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
Clearance items, as well as any items purchased at AuthenTEAK's Atlanta showroom, are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Your email address is used only for communication about your order. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding specific customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
