13 year old West Midtown furniture company is growing again and looking to hire a new seasoned salesperson that is highly motivated, creative, dependable and focused, with an exceptional attention to detail for the position of Showroom Sales and Design. The primary responsibility of this opportunity will be to work in a team environment, providing customer service and product education to our clientele (retail clients and Interior Designers). A secondary responsibility will be to merchandise and maintain the look of the showroom in accordance with brand standards. The ideal candidate must be confident in their ability to professionally communicate extensive product knowledge in both verbal and written form.

We are currently seeking seasonal help in our showroom assisting both our full-time sales staff/designers and our customers. Responsibilities include fulfilling fabric swatch orders, the creation of inspiration boards, space planning and merchandising. This paid, hourly position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the furniture or outdoor design industry and may be used for internship credits if needed.
Other responsibilities based on skills may include client site visits, taking location photography, and updating store signage.
