The Viking Electric Smoker Oven provides commerical-type cooking power using an exclusive plenum system that mixes heat, water vapor and smoke for a perfect cooking environment. This versatile 120-volt smoker oven uses precision-louvered oven side walls for balanced oven heat, helping to tenderize meats by slow cooking with both heat and moisture. The electric smoker also provides convection baking.

The Viking Electric Smoker Oven comes standard with a large-capacity smoker box to hold wood chips or chunks while the precision controls help to dial in on exact temperatures ranging from 175 - 400 degrees F. A separate control is used for the smoke element. Agency-certified for outdoor use.
